We went to the home of one of the other homeschooling families here in town. They have an in-ground pool. (Color me jealous.)
The girls had a lot of fun. I stayed on the sidelines. Next time we go I believe I will join in on the water fun.
DD9 practiced holding her breath and swimming underwater so she could go off the diving board. She got pretty good, for someone who always went in feet first while holding her nose. Well, progress is progress.
DD8 and DD6 both also had a really good time, though I didn't let either of them go off the board. DD8 wanted to but she is not a good enough swimmer. YET...next time, who knows?
